Common Questions About Working With Us

Yes, always. We never ask for deposits or upfront payments. Our milestone-based payment schedule means you only pay as work is completed and inspected to your satisfaction. This protects you and keeps us accountable.

Our workmanship warranty covers all labour and installation for 5-10 years depending on the project type. This is in addition to manufacturer warranties on materials, which we transfer to you in writing at project completion.

We carry full commercial general liability insurance, WSIB coverage for all workers, and all applicable trade licences. We're happy to provide copies of our insurance certificates and WSIB clearance letter before any project begins.

Every project has a dedicated project manager as your single point of contact. If any issue arises, we address it immediately. Any scope changes require written approval with cost impact before we proceed — no surprise invoices.
